By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

I agree that this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, as contracts made in California.


9. Etiquette & Norms

‍By joining any associated communities, programs, or taking advantage of related services, you agree to treat all participants, staff, instructors, alumni, and anyone else in the School network or community with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times.


10. Privacy, Confidentiality, & Future Use

I agree not to duplicate, distribute, copy, or otherwise abuse the materials made available to me, including any and all information shared in Slack. I understand that I may be privy to details, examples, or stories that are not intended for the public, including those of other participants, alumni, staff, and instructors. I agree not to share these. I understand that my likeness, image, name, feedback, comments, or other materials may be recorded or otherwise documented as a member of the School community, through my participation in live events, through commenting on online videos or other materials, and through other methods not listed here.

I hereby grant the School and all its affiliates, owners, or associates (such as Studio Flurry) the right and permission to use in perpetuity, my name, likeness, image, voice, recorded voice, appearance, biographical information, statements, performance and/or testimonial(s) (collectively, “Appearance”) in any manner and in any media, now known or later developed, throughout the world, at any time, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the School's products and services, without review, permission or compensation of any amount or kind whatsoever. The School shall have complete ownership of any recording, product, copy, presentation or other material or file containing or featuring my Appearance (“Product”), including copyright interests, and I acknowledge I have no interest or ownership in the Product (or any portion thereof) or its copyright. This grant includes without limitation the right for the School to edit, abridge, augment, title, or create a compilation from my Appearance in whole or part as the School may elect in its sole discretion.

I am at least the age of majority in my state and have the right and the ability to enter into this agreement. I shall not hold the School or its affiliates responsible for any liability resulting from the lawful use of my Appearance in accordance with the terms of this agreement. I understand that the School has the right, but not the obligation to use my Appearance.

By using this site and continuing to interact with the School or its affiliates, I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to third parties, and that Company has no financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this Agreement.
